What is a Residency?
A residency offers you regular access to our studio, either on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. While an engineer is not provided with a residency, we will provide training for you or your own engineer in the studio before you start your sessions. As a resident, you will have full access to top-of-the-line equipment such as ProTools, a wide range of plugins, high-quality microphones, and recording gear.

This option is ideal for producers and artists who seek a reliable and professional workspace to consistently create their best work.
How much is a residency?
Residencies are paid monthly with payment due on the 15th of every month. You will have the option of a 6 month or 1 year contract. The prices for weekly and bi-weekly options are below.

6 Hours Weekly – $900 per month (Best Value! Savings of $450)

6 Hours Bi-Weekly – $550 per month (Savings of $200)

4 Hours Weekly – $700 per month (Savings of $200)

4 Hours Bi-Weekly – $400 per month (Savings of $100)
*All residencies require a deposit of (1) month(s) rent at the time of signing your contract.*
